Investment Purchasing
Student letting in Bath (especially in Oldfield Park) remains a hugely popular option for professional investors AND parents. We have had another extremely successful letting season, with rents increasing as well as contracts lengthening to 12mths. We are completely let out for the Sept 2011 academic year and anticipate demand remaining extremely high for the 2012 season.
