Social Media brings new business for estate agents in Bath

Estate agency is a traditional business at the best of times but, with the majority of the public actively using social media on a daily basis, why shouldn’t agents make their clients lives easier by communicating in this way? Lines of communication like Twitter, Facebook and blogs can be used for so much more than listing new properties and offer an opportunity for agents to truly engage with their audience.

In keeping with our principles of innovation, Madison Oakley have been the first estate agents in the city to communicate regularly with our clients via Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and our blog posts. Although we have enjoyed great success selling and letting properties via all of these channels, we’re also posting historical information about the city, our favourite photos of local landmarks, snippets of our weekly newsletters and wider property market news.

Join us on Twitter (@Madison_Oakley), Facebook (www.facebook.com/MadisonOakleyEA), LinkedIn (Carey Gilliland) or visit our website (www.madisonoakley.co.uk) to find out more and receive priority notifications of our latest properties.
