Yesterday two of our partners received emails with some very good news – across the country the results were announced for the Allagents.co.uk 2015 ‘People Awards for Customer Experience’. Allagents is the UK’s largest independent review site for property professionals – the equivalent of Tripadvisor in our industry – and these awards are for individual staff members highlighted specifically by customers as delivering consistently excellent customer service. The results are based on independently verified customer reviews posted on the Allagents website during the periods 1st May 2014 to 30th April 2015 and the agent must meet a minimum review target of a 4 star band, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above. There are 79 estate and letting agents listed in Bath on the website of which 40 have had reviews posted about them. Our partners completed a clean sweep of not only the Gold and Silver awards for the BA2 postcode but also Gold and Silver for the whole of Bath so we’re proud to say that, if you’d like the best Bath estate agents to act for you, there’s only one place to come!
