Bath property market – 2015 to 2016 comparison figures

As part of our regular series of stat based property updates for Bath clients, here are some snapshot figures collated for end January 2016 with comparisons to our Jan 2015 and Dec 2015 reports. I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions from the data but would highlight for speed the continuing supply drop and commensurate decrease in average time on market/selling time. However, on what may be an encouraging note for first time buyers,  there is a slight increase in availability of sub 200k properties.
